Tomorrow marks the start of a new school year at Sandy Lane! 

Our staff team will be back together for an INSET Day tomorrow, preparing classrooms, finalising plans and ensuring everything is ready for the term ahead.

Pupils return to school on Wednesday 2nd September, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back. We've missed seeing our children and families over the summer and are looking forward to another fantastic year of learning, growth and achievement together.

A special welcome goes to our new pupils joining in multiple year groups and also Nursery and Reception children and their families. We know that starting school for the first time is a huge milestone and can bring a mixture of excitement, pride and nerves for parents and carers as well as children. Please be assured that our staff are ready to support you every step of the way. From the moment your child arrives, our priority is to help them feel safe and happy, building positive relationships that will help them settle confidently into school life.
