Please find below a letter and pupil guide to our new online remote learning system. You will ONLY receive an invite to access this system for a period of Covid-related absence - this is explained further in the parent letter.
The student guide gives more comprehensive instructions which you're welcome to read at anytime but will need when your child first starts using the system.
Teachers will send you an 'invite' when needed in order for you to access the class pages and set work - this will only be sent when your child is absent with Covid-related absence.
Obviously, if your child is not well enough, then we do not expect them to complete the set work.
Should you have any questions, please do contact us as outlined in the letter.
MATHS vocabulary sheets - please find below links to sheets which explain the vocabulary you and your children may come across in Maths sessions/work (with thanks to Grace Mary Primary school):
With lockdown and remote learning continuing it is likely that children and adults will spend more time online over the next few weeks. We need to ensure we are keeping children as safe as possible online at all times and one of the best ways is continuing to have conversations around online safety, regularly checking phones and app settings together, and managing time spent online. The NSPCC has put together a short, handy 8 point guide to help parents. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK:
