So... we couldn't quite tempt everyone with a 'colour run', but how about a 'colour hamper'?

We would still love to bring a little colour to your lives and so we are running our exciting 'Rainbow Raffle' once again!

We have 17 amazing hampers up for grabs and all you need to do is buy a ticket to be in with a chance of winning a host of goodies to kickstart your summer holidays.

The raffle will close on Friday 18th July at 3pm and, when winners are notified, hampers must be collected from school by Tuesday 22nd July.

We appreciate everyone that volunteered for the day and that bought tickets.  We will be writing to everyone that purchased tickets to let them know about the cancellation and will be processing the refunds over the weekend.

We will be hosting a small summer event after school on the playground on the 18th July with a few tombolas and games and will be sharing details of how to purchase tickets for our Rainbow Hamper Raffle soon.

If anyone can spare any time on the 18th July to help set up or run a game please email us on slsa@sandylanebracknell.com as we won't be able to run anything without support.

The SLSA are pleased to launch tickets for our summer event!

As mentioned previously, we are trying something a little different this year and hope you will all join us for a wonderful afternoon of food, fun and fabulous colour!

The main event is our colour run. Click the link here to see how it worked in a school in Australia.

Tickets are now on sale for the two runs we will be hosting during our summer event on Saturday 5th July at 1pm and 2pm. Tickets will cost £8 per runner or £30 for 4! All terms and conditions can be found on our attached poster and when you book.

You can also sign up to volunteer to help us with the event on the day.

'Early Bird' tickets, purchased two weeks before our event, will receive a free medal to celebrate taking part in the colour run! Tickets will still be on sale after this, and on the day, subject to availability but will be for entering the run only and will not receive a medal.

WANT TO GET IN ON THE COLOUR FUN?

We are still looking for companies who may wish to sponsor a colour station at our event. We will advertise your company on our social media and advertisements in return for support with coloured powder for the event.

There will be a non-uniform day for the 'Rainbow Raffle!' on Friday 23rd May.

Don't forget that Friday 23rd May is a non-uniform day in return for a donation towards our 'Rainbow Raffle' which forms a part of our upcoming 'Summer Colour Run' event!

Each year group has been assigned a colour for their donation.

Nursery = RED items

Reception = ORANGE items

Year 1 = YELLOW items

Year 2 = GREEN items

Year 3 = BLUE items

Year 4 = PURPLE items

Year 5 = PINK items

Year 6 = GOLD items

Make sure you purchase your tickets for the SLSA's Marvellous Man Gift Room on Friday June 13th.

When you purchase a ticket, this means your child will have the opportunity during the school day to choose a gift to take home for the marvellous man or men in their lives (you can purchase as many as you wish for uncles, grandads, brothers etc.). This year we have lots of different sock designs to choose from and a selection of sweet treats to ensure that your marvellous man can 'put their feet up!'

We are delighted to now be in the planning stages for our big summer event. This year we are trying something new and exciting and are hosting a community event with a colour run!

We will be providing more details very soon about the event and how to guarantee your tickets.

Currently, we are looking for companies who may be interested in sponsoring one of our colour stations! We are looking for help with purchasing the coloured powder we need for the event and in return, we will be advertising your company at your chosen station, and within our event advertising and social media posts.
