Year 5&6 Cricket Festival - September 2022

A massive congratulations to the year 5/6 girls cricket team, who after coming second in the Bracknell Forest Kwik cricket festival last week represented Bracknell Forest at the Berkshire county finals yesterday. They won 1 game and lost 2, and everyone is so proud of you! Well done! 

Latika Tennis Tournament - 19/05/2022

On Thursday the 19th of May, 8 year 3 & 4 pupils took part in mini red tennis tournament at Latika Tennis club. The children played lots of mini games against different schools and all played superbly! 

Penathlon - 18/03/2022

Mr Nower took a team from Sandy Lane to take part in the Penathlon on 18/03/2022 at Bracknell Sport & Leisure centre. The children really enjoyed themselves and took part in 8 activities!

Years 5 & 6 Hockey Tournament - 15-03-2022

Our hockey team competed in a tournament on 15th March and won 2 games, drew 1 game and lost 1 game which meant they went through to the quarter finals! Unfortunately, we lost 2-0 but they all played so well! Mr Nower and the rest of the Sandy Lane Primary School family are so proud of them!!!

Year 3 & 4 Athletics Event 24/02/2022

Our Year 3 & 4 athletics team competed in an event held at Bracknell Leisure Centre. They had an amazing time taking part and came 4th overall - well done to everyone that took part! Mr Nower and the rest of the Sandy Lane Primary School family are really proud of you!!!
