NURSERY LETTERS

15th March 2022

 Dear Parent/Carer,

Nursery and Reception Farm Experience Thursday 21st April 2022

This year, as part of our topic about animals, we have organised for an interactive and educational farm to visit us at school and set up a mini farmyard.  The farm will be at school all day and the children will be able to spend time with the animals and take part in learning activities.  The farm offers the children the chance to meet a real farmer, see, touch and learn first-hand about animals in structured encounter sessions.

There is a voluntary contribution of £8.00 per child which covers the cost of the farm visit. Payment should preferably be made online via Parentmail.

If there are insufficient funds received to cover the cost of the farm visit, the experience will have to be cancelled and all payments will be returned. If you are unable to make payment online, please return cash or cheque in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your child’s name and the amount.

All permission slips need to be returned by Friday 25th March.  Please can you let us know on the return slip if your child has any allergies which may affect them during contact with the animals.  If you do not wish your child to take part, please inform your child’s teacher as soon as possible in order that alternative provision can be arranged.

Please see your child’s teacher if you have any questions.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Stacey
