Dear Parent/Carer,
Berkshire Maestros Junior Music Festival – 16/06/2022
We are thrilled that your child will be performing at the Berkshire Maestros Junior Music Festival on Thursday 16th June 2022.
Transport to the venue will be via coach which will depart Sandy Lane Primary School at 12:30 pm. The charge to cover the cost will be £7.80. Payment should preferably be made online using Parentmail. The deadline for the payment is Friday 27th May 2022. If you are unable to make payment online, please return cash in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your child’s name and the amount enclosed. The children will not need any spending money for the visit.
When the concert has finished, we ask that all parents either collect their child or arrange collection from The Hexagon, Reading. Please complete the attached permission slip and return to Miss Morrissy by Friday 27th May 2022 including details of who will be collecting your child and their contact number.
Tickets for the event can be purchased directly through The Hexagon Box Office.
