Wacky Hair Day - 11/02/2022
One of our pupils in Year 6 is hoping to spend their remaining time at Sandy Lane Primary School raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity, as someone close to them is affected by a tumour and is need of their help. The children came into school with some really wacky hair styles and we managed to raise an amazing £473.61!!!
NSPCC Number Day - 04/02/2022
We loved celebrating Number Day last Friday and raised an amazing £250.47 for the NSPCC. There were so many amazing learning activities across the school and some wonderful number themed outfits!
The children had a lot of fun learning about how numbers are an important part of measuring, cooking, capacity and money. Here are some photos of the number themed learning that the children took part in!
SLSA Halloween Bake Off - 22/10/2021
We have had some fantastically spooky, mouth watering entries for the Halloween Bake Off!!! They are certainly worthy of a "Hollywood Handshake"!!
